Week 9 Recap

LasTortugas NegrasHwangsaeg vs Q

Desean had another miss this week and DHB having no points at all didn't help me at all. And Marshawn Lynch had a very good game surprisingly against the Dallas D. With the clutch play by Lynch and Rodgers, John was able to pull of the 20+ point win against me, with both of us going to a 6-3 record

themadoompaloompas vs THE TACO KINGS

I thought Mex would upset Bhavik but not by this much. Foster and Foster, Jr. (Murray) ran the ball well but the real surprise was Julio Jones. I can understand the fact that he was going against the Colts defense, but after coming off of an injury, I don't think any of use could've expected that. Mex is starting to look like a team to worry about now. Mex improves to 4-5 and Bhavik goes down to 6-3.

The DAWGS vs Carnegie PantyRaiders

This was just another bad week for Jaime. Cassel couldn't take advantage of the Miami defense and which hurts Baldwin as well and everyone else, excluding McCoy, was just eh. Taylor was able to pull off the win with the help of his RBs which includes the Jackson Duo and McGahee. Taylor improves to 6-3 and Jaime continues his losing streak to 5 with a 4-5 record.

ElevensElevenElevolutionaries vs The Lance Armstrongs

Anybody could've called this one. Vick was the only player to get double digits on Garrick's team and Carter got negative points for him. Ian was able to blowout Garrick and improve to a 4-5 record and Garrick is still winless.

Mud Eaters vs The Ox

This week, Garcon was no help at all but Hasselbeck was able to be one of the only guys Ryan has on his team. Forte wasn't able to put up numbers like he usually does but it didn't matter since the rest of Ryan's team didn't do well at all. With the help of Turner and Thomas (and the fact he played Ryan), Kevin was able to put up another W, improving to 5-4 and Ryan going down to 2-6.

Team Canuckistan vs Core Protection

Looking at the score of this game, this could've been considered Game of the Week as well. The difference makers in this game for each team were Jon's RBs and V. Jax. Jackson had an amazing game because of that poor New England pass defense. And for Jon, if his RB's had played like the rest of his team, this game could've ended differently. But once again, after being one of the league's top scorer for the week, he still lost and goes down to 4-5 and Fred improves to 7-2 and is still the king of the SNFL.

This week, I had a record of 5-1 in picks with the one wrong pick being my game. Overall, I am now 14-4 for the season (started in Week 7). Remember to have your team set up at some point Saturday night for picks.
