Picks of the Week

I'm not going to write much again like last week since Skyrim has me distracted at the moment.

LasTortugas NegrasHwangsaeg vs THE Taco Kings

LasTortugas NegrasHwangsaeg

Key Players: All WR's and Brent Celek
Both Jackson and Celek are going against a weak Cards defense, Welker is always a reliable target for Brady, and Thomas is going against no defense in Indy.

Setbacks: None

Players to watch out for: Cedric Benson and Matt Ryan
Benson is starting to share carries with Bernard Scott and Ryan has been ok overall for the season.

THE Taco Kings

Key Players: Arian Foster, Demarco Murray and Julio Jones
Both RBs are going to have Foster-like games and Jones is Matt Ryan's top receiver.

Setbacks: None

Players to watch out for: Packers Defense
They have one of the worst pass defenses but they do go against a rookie QB in Ponder.

Final Decision: Because of weak RBs on my team, Mex will win by 14 points.

Team Canuckistan vs. themadoompaloompas

Team Canuckistan

Key Players: Tony Romo, Jackie Battle, Calvin Johnson and Jordy Nelson
I feel like Romo will have some success over the Bills, Battle has been the Chiefs key player for the past few weeks, Johnson is Johnson and Nelson is a reliable target for a WR2.

Setbacks: None

Players to watch out for: Frank Gore
I feel like the Giants will be able to slow him down so he won't produce as much numbers as he can.

themadoompaloompas

Key Players: Jeremy Maclin
He's going up against a weak pass defense in the Cards.

Setbacks: A.J. Green
He's going up against a very tough Shitsburgh pass defense.

Players to watch out for: LaDanian Tomlinson, Adrian Peterson and Larry Fitzgerald
LT hasn't been able to put up good numbers this season except once or twice but goes against a poor pas defense in New England; so maybe he'll get some points through the air. AP has to go against a tough rush defense in Green Bay and The Fitz has to worry about Asomugha and Samuel.

Final Decision: Jon wins by 7 points

Carnegie PantyRaiders vs. ElevensElevenElevolutionaries

Carnegie PantyRaiders

Key PLayers: Lesean McCoy, Percy Harvin and Eric Decker
McCoy is always a big contribution to the Eagles offense, Harvin is going against a weak pass defense in Green Bay and Decker is turning out to be Denver's top receiver.

Setbacks: None

Players to watch out for: Reggie Bush
Bush has been playing much better these past couple of weeks and I feel like he will continue to play well.

ElevensElevenElevolutionaries

Key Players: Micheal Vick and Steve Smith
Vick is going against a weak Cards defense and Smith still Newton's top receviver.

Setbacks: Chris Johnson
What a disappointment.

Players to watch out for: None

Final Decision: Jaime wins by 15 points.

The Lance Armstrongs vs. The DAWGS

The Lance Armstrongs

Key Players: Brandon Jacobs and Anquan Boldin
With Ahmad out, Jacobs will be the go to guy in the run game once again.

Setbacks: None

Players to watch out for: Brandon Tate
He may be a back-up but he is still capable of putting up some good numbers.

The DAWGS

Key Players: Cam Newton, Steven Jackson, Willis McGahee, and Gregg Jennings
Newton is going to continue to have success over the Titans, Jackson will run all over the Browns tush defense, McGahee is going against a weak Chiefs defense and Jennings is Rodgers top target.

Setbacks: None

Players to watch out for: None

Final Decision: Taylor wins by 20 points

Mud Eaters vs. Q

Mud Eaters

Key Players: Maurice Jones-Drew
MJD is running up against no defense in Indy.

Setbacks: With Harvin on the field, Jenkins won't be able to get many yards.

Players to watch out for: None

Q

Key Players: Aaron Rodgers, Dwayne Bowe and Santonio Holmes
Rodgers is a beast, Bowe is the Chiefs top receiver and Holmes seems to always get a TD every game.

Setbacks: Deangelo Williams
What has he done all season? Nothing really and I don't expect that to change with a QB like Newton.

Players to watch out for: None

Final Decision: Kevin wins by 7 points.

Core Protection vs. The Ox

Core Protection

Key Players: Eli Manning and Ray Rice
Eli is starting to play like an elite QB (better than Brady) and Rice is going against a weak rush defense in Seattle.

Setbacks: None

Players to watch out for: Darren Sproles
Sproles is a perfect flex but Atlanta is capable of containing him.

The Ox

Key Players: Matt Forte
Matt Forte is the Bears offense.

Setbacks: Benjarvis Green-Ellis
The Jets will be able to contain him.

Players to watch out for: Gregg Olsen
He will be a top target in the red zone.

Final Decision: Fred wins by 25 points.
